☀️ Record-breaking spring temps and we’re already dreaming of summer!

We’re so excited that this year More Pig Less Cancer on Saturday, September 12th is moving to our beautiful new location at Pilgrim Day Camp. If today’s weather is any sign of what’s to come… we are in for an amazing day. 🌊🐷

Just look at that pool - the energy, fun, and community that make this event so special. Kids laughing, sunshine everywhere, and a whole lot of love — all while raising money to fight pediatric cancer.

All this snow has us thinking back to the many days when the weather didn’t cooperate ❄️🌧️

More than once, wind and rain would’ve had a sane group of people pulling the plug. But after hours of amateur meteorology, we always land in the same place: the kids and families fighting this fight don’t get a choice—so neither do we.

We trust our crew to get it done, and we trust our community to SHOW UP. And you always do. In fact, some of our biggest fundraising days have happened in the windiest, wettest conditions.

So to our community—thank you for being just as wildly committed to this mission as we are. Until we see you in September, we wish you clear driveways and a warm cup of hot chocolate waiting after the shoveling ☕️🤍

On our first day at St. Jude, we met our incredible tour guide—and learned we were about to get the most meaningful tour possible. She was once a patient here.
At 13 years old, she was diagnosed with advanced cancer in Venezuela. Doctors told her mother there was nothing they could do and that she had only days left with her daughter. Then St. Jude accepted her into a clinical trial and flew them to Memphis with a small but powerful spark of hope.
That was 25 years ago.
Today, she gives back to the place that saved her life and participates in the St. Jude LIFE Study, helping researchers reduce long-term treatment effects that impact nearly two-thirds of pediatric cancer survivors.
Since opening its doors in 1962, pediatric cancer survival rates in the U.S. have risen from 20% to nearly 80—thanks in large part to the work done at St. Jude and the generosity of people who care deeply about children they may never meet. You feel that love in every room on campus.
But 80% is not enough.
Our community has recently lost some of its bravest, most precious children to cancer, leaving an ache that will never fully fade. We can’t go back and save them with the breakthroughs of tomorrow.
We can only help the next family. And the next.
St. Jude won’t stop until no child dies from cancer—and neither will we. ❤️

This week, our hearts were changed forever. ❤️
We had the honor of visiting St. Jude Children’s Hospital and touring Domino’s Village, their newest family residential facility. This space exists for one powerful reason: so families can stay close while their child fights the hardest battle of their life.
Domino’s Village is one of several family housing facilities on campus, together providing 325 fully furnished family suites. These homes range from 1- to 3-bedroom suites, designed for families who need to stay 3 months… sometimes even years during long-term treatment.
What stood out most wasn’t just the size or beauty of the space—it was the life inside it.
A massive shared kitchen. Play areas. An arcade. A gym. Spaces built for normalcy, joy, and healing.
Families from 37 different countriescurrently call this place home. We watched parents from South America and El Salvadorcook together, share meals, and break bread—proving that healing doesn’t just happen in hospital rooms. It happens in community, culture, and connection.
This is why donations matter.
Because every contribution helps keep families housed, fed, and together—so they can focus on what truly matters: their child.

This week, our founders Mike and Katrina Haverty traveled to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN — and it changed them forever.

For nearly a decade, they’ve opened their home and given countless hours to support children battling cancer and the families walking beside them. But this visit brought everything full circle. Seeing the faces, hearing the stories, and witnessing the care firsthand made the mission we carry so deeply feel real in a way words can’t fully capture.

Our partnership with St. Jude is at the heart of the work we do. We’ve always known their world-class care was extraordinary, but experiencing it in person reinforced just how powerful this mission is — and just how meaningful your support truly is.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll share more moments from this visit in hopes of giving you a glimpse into a journey no family ever asks to take, yet so many are forced to walk. They do it with bravery, grace, and unimaginable strength.

Our mission is simple but profound: to make that road a little less heavy, to offer hope where it’s needed most, and to help fund research so that someday, even one less family has to walk it at all. 💛

🐷✨ Our “More Pig After Dark” appreciation event lit up the night and raised over $78,000 to support the fight against pediatric cancer.

🌟 2026 is going BIG.
We’re thrilled to share that our next major event will be held at Pilgrim Day Camp in Framingham — giving us the space and energy to make this our largest celebration and fundraiser yet!
