Pastor Saffore was reassigned another year, to Greater Taylor Chapel, during our Annual Conference, by the Right Reverend Bishop E. Anne Henning- Byfield, Bishop of the 13th District, African Methodist Episcopal Church.

2023 13th District Annual Conference was held at St. Paul AME Church, in Lexington Kentucky.
