I am not sure of the answer, but doing nothing is not it. Unfortunately, because this is America, gun reform will most likely mean more policing in Black and Brown neighborhoods. We aren’t even half way through the year and the number of school shootings is at 27. This is America.

Hello everyone! Long time, no posts or updates. I want to apologize for that. Life has thrown me many curveballs over the last year and I have needed a break. I want this group to be successful, but it’s hard without help. I am grateful for the many people that have stepped up to help make our visions happen. As much as I wanted to do another Juneteenth event this year, I really didn’t have the bandwidth. I would love to revisit this and start planning for next year. If I have anyone that is interested in being a part of the planning, please reach out to me.

Currently, I am an ambassador for the first AAPI Pride Ball. This will be a fun filled night with performers, DJ and dancing, food, and celebrating AAPI Pride! I hope to see you all there for this historic event!

Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as I am figuring things out and where I want this group to go. I appreciate any and all of your support.
