We're 5 weeks out from the Fourth, and here's how our budget looks. If you can, we have several ways to support, both financially and with your time:
-Venmo, Cash, or Card
-Come to our Burger Dinner and Moon Tournament Friday 5-29-26
-Come to our Pancake Breakfast on 6-13-26
-Buy a raffle ticket, starting 5-29-26
-Volunteer on the 4th, message us for our job sheet!
We couldn't do any of these events without the spectacular support of our community!

We are currently looking for a family-friendly band or DJ for our Fourth of July event. 🎶 🎆

Event details:

* Date: July 4, 2026
* Start time: Around 7:00 PM
* Performance schedule: Three to four 45-minute sets
* Audience: Family-friendly/community atmosphere

If you are available, please send us your bid along with any relevant information about your music style, equipment needs, and links to sample performances or social media pages.

🇺🇸 Community Poll for Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

We’re looking at a couple different options for this year’s celebration schedule and would love your feedback!

Option 1- Split Day

* Parade at 10 AM
* Kids games at 11 AM
* Horseshoe & co****le tournaments at noon
* Break during the afternoon
* Return in the evening for live music & fireworks

Option 2- Evening Schedule

* Horseshoe & co****le tournament at noon
* Parade at 6 PM
* Kids games at 7 PM
* Live music immediately after
* Fireworks at dusk

We’d love to hear your thoughts and which option you prefer, and please share why!

A few reasons we’re considering changes this year:

* We’re short on volunteers
* A condensed schedule may help volunteers enjoy part of the holiday with family before working one shift
* Fewer gaps in the schedule could mean people don’t have to leave and come back later in the day

Hey friends! We could really use some more volunteers. Right now, a small group of people has taken on the hands-on work, and we’d love for more folks to get involved. We especially need more volunteers for our Fourth of July event. If you’re interested in helping out, please reach out. We’d truly appreciate it!
