Celebrating 10 years of impact, ✨️

Women in Power Empowering is a Tarrant County Black giving circle of women dedicated to empowering women across Tarrant County through financial awards. We are a small, but impactful group that has collectively given close to $50K to increase the earning potential of women, support initiatives that positively impact women in our community, and to support grassroots women-owned businesses.

We are more focused than ever to strategically do more to empower Tarrant County women. Join us in celebrating this milestone by supporting our events, sharing our posts, joining our network, and of course, making a financial contribution to increase our impact. 🥂

As we close out Women’s History Month, we want to shine a light on what makes Women in Power Empowering so special.

At the heart of our organization are women who believe deeply in the power of collective giving. Our members come from a wide range of professional backgrounds—social work, nonprofit management, mental health, entrepreneurship, real estate, and corporate leadership. Each brings her own expertise, perspective, and lived experience to the table.

But what truly unites us is something greater.

It’s a shared commitment to giving.
A shared belief in uplifting women.
A shared vision for creating lasting change.

Together, we are not just supporting women in Tarrant County—we are investing in a more sustainable, equitable future where women can thrive, lead, and build legacies of their own.

This is the power of women coming together with purpose. 🤎
