Partnership Home Working towards a vibrant community where everyone has a place to call home🏠 This coordination is called the Continuum of Care (CoC).

A not-for-profit, 501 c(3) organization formed in 1989, Partnership Home is led by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised mainly of homeless service providers. The core of our organization is a coalition of over 100 members including service providers, churches, local government, and individuals. Partnership Home is recognized by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development as the lead dec

ision making and planning body that coordinates Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs including prevention, housing, and supportive services funding for homeless families and individuals in Tarrant and Parker Counties. The CoC planning process creates a strategic system of care to provide homeless people with housing and services appropriate to their needs.

During this month of celebration, we recognize that LGBTQ+ individuals, especially youth, are at an increased risk of experiencing homelessness due to discrimination. Many factors contribute to this disparity, and barriers can make it harder to access support and services.
