Fort Worth Abandoned Animal Alliance

Fort Worth Abandoned Animal Alliance is a 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue in the Fort Worth, TX area. We are a 100% volunteer run organization.

We strive to focus on the shelter pets that are the least likely to leave through adoptions at shelters. We primarily take in medical, seniors & hospice, moms and puppies (or pregnant). As a nonprofit we feel this should be the area we dedicate our organization to as we can ask for public funding and apply for grants. Once medical needs are met, the pet goes up for adoption. There are some we know

will never leave our organization and they stay in our hospice program, receiving all care needed until there time with us comes to an end. We work on awareness in our community, consisting of basic care, resources for citizens to help keep their pets in their homes and heartworm awareness. We are hoping in the near future we can help our community even more with the overpopulation of pets.

Xena’s favorite things are spending time outside with her family, stopping to smell the flowers, and soaking up every moment. She’s also pretty good at pretending she doesn’t hear her foster mom when it’s time to come inside! 😂

HELP NEEDED!
Adopt or foster BOOMER!

Boomer is an old man at heart, he loves just lounging around the house and being inside the AC. He enjoys walks and playing with his toys. Boomer is house broke and kennel trained. He gets along with dogs of all sizes. He loves playing with kids and being around his people. Very low energy.
He does need a fenced backyard and a heavy duty crate to be his best self!

Adopt Oakley!

He is dog, cat, & kid friendly and an easy keep! He’s a smaller boy, only about 40 lbs & not very active. His favorite hobbies include playing with toys, lounging around, and watching TV like a true couch potato. While he will go on walks, he’d much rather be relaxing by your side.

Oakley does have a cute little hobble from an old unhealed fracture before coming into rescue, but it doesn’t slow down his happy spirit one bit! He’s proof that a little limp can’t stop a whole lot of love.

HAPPY DAY!!

For approximately NINE long months we have been through the wringer in trying to regain possession of Mr. French. A lot of chaos and a lawsuit but today he’s back with his rescue, us.

We stand with our rescue pets every step of the way and once apart of FWAAA we don’t turn our back on them.

He’s extremely overweight (per vet) and still has a little bit of work on his skin to go but nothing we cannot handle!

Adopt Pascal!

Pascal is the total package—playful, goofy, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure! He can be a little cautious when meeting new people, especially at home or when approached by strangers in public, but give him a little time (and a ball!), and he’ll be your new best friend. Before long, he’ll be bringing you his favorite toys and asking, “Again?!”

Pascal absolutely loves other dogs, although his enthusiasm can sometimes be a little… extra! He’s an active, intelligent pup who has plenty of energy to burn and loves fetch, puzzle toys, hikes, and learning new tricks.
