Texas Licensed Child Care Association

Texas Licensed Child Care Association Through advocacy, professional development, and networking, TLCCA ensures a strong future for quality early childhood education.

Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA) is a collaborative licensed association of professionals. We offer quality training opportunities, share resources and information, and partner with a lobbyist to keep childcare high quality across the state. The Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA) is the oldest childcare association in Texas, dedicated to supporting and advocating for licensed child care providers. As the workforce behind the workforce, we empower childcare businesses—the backbone of our economy—by providing essential resources, training, and legislative representation. We are the only organization focused on helping childcare businesses succeed, uniting private, corporate, and non-profit providers, including owners, directors, administrators, and teachers.

📖✨ And just like that… another chapter comes to a close!

What an incredible TLCCA Fall Conference 2026! 💜 From our amazing speakers and engaging sessions to the collaboration, connections, laughter, and FUN—we are so grateful to everyone who made these two days special.

A huge THANK YOU to our conference vendors and partners for supporting TLCCA and the early childhood community:
✨ NECPA
✨ Abeka
✨ Aleaf Insurance
✨ Shiloh Benefits Group
✨ Hibbs-Hallmark & Company

And to our speakers, attendees, volunteers, conference committee, and TLCCA team—thank you for bringing your knowledge, energy, ideas, and passion for early childhood education!

We learned. We connected. We grew. We were inspired. ✨

Now we take everything we gained back to our programs, our teams, our families, and most importantly, the children we serve.

🏰 Every Child Deserves a Happily Ever After… and the story begins with US.

Until our next chapter! 📖💜✨
