🚨 FOUR ALARM FIRE FOR CHILD CARE 🚨

If the ARPA funding cliff hit hard, this is next. A new Final Rule rolls back key CCDF protections that kept child care stable and affordable.

❌ No more pay based on enrollment
❌ No more prospective (upfront) payments
❌ No 7% cap on family co-pays
❌ Cuts to direct provider funding

What this means:
Unstable funding. Rising costs for families. Programs at risk of closing.
