To whom it may concern…
The A.R.C. Project is dedicated to changing the at risk youth statistics. Aside from monetary donations from companies and privet donors, we will soon require mentoring time, or NO DEAL. That is to say, if you are successful enough to donate,

you are the type of role model we are looking for…

PHASE I: Demographic research to find target young people, as well as start-up funding needed to build the first A.R.C. facility, school and housing as a foster home alternative as well as youth center. PHASE II: Build and staff the first facility based loosely on both in-patient rehab recovery, and community college business models, however we’ll measure our success rate instead of a profit margin. PHASE III: Begin requiring mentoring from money donors as a mandate for tax deduction. PHASE IV: Become self-sustaining through donations from Alumni. Changes in the troubled youth statistics will slowly change, a moral compass of youth will improve, and economy will hopefully change locally.
