The Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships leads the organization's corporate revenue strategy, including corporate giving, sponsorship development, stewardship, and employer and volunteer partnerships.

The Managing Director of Finance serves as the organization's senior finance executive and is accountable for the development, ex*****on, and continuous improvement of T3's financial strategy, compliance framework, procurement governance, and overall fiscal stewardship.

T3 is growing, and we are pleased to announce the addition of the Director of Philanthropy, Director of Analytics & Insights, and the Executive Office Administrator roles!

The Director of Philanthropy directs the organization’s major gifts and donor relations strategy, including major gifts cultivation, mid-level donors, annual giving, and donor pipeline management.

The Director of Analytics & Insights directs the organization’s analytics, reporting, and evaluation function, translating program and organizational data into insights that drive decisions and demonstrate impact.

The Executive Office Administrator provides high-level administrative support and serves as the office administrator, ensuring smooth daily operations.

T3 Partnership is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. David Saenz as President & CEO, effective immediately following his service as Interim President & CEO.

A founding board member who later joined the organization as Senior Education Advisor, Dr. Saenz has helped shape T3's mission from its earliest days. With more than 22 years of experience in public education and leadership, he most recently led the organization through a comprehensive strategic planning process that established a long-term vision for expanding educational opportunity and student success across Tarrant County. As President & CEO, Dr. Saenz will continue strengthening partnerships among school districts, higher education institutions, employers, philanthropy, and community organizations while advancing T3's mission to improve outcomes for students and families.
