We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at Noon each month at River Crest Country Club. Our projects range from local outreach programs to global humanitarian efforts. We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday at River Crest Country Club from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Our club is active in a variety of local and international service projects ranging from a Flag Program to clean water in Honduras. Please join us for lunch!

Seventy-one years of service, leadership, and impact! 🎉

Today, April 18th, we celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Fort Worth South Rotary Club’s charter—a legacy built on a commitment to Service Above Self and a passion for making a difference in our community.

For over seven decades, this club has brought together leaders, neighbors, and friends to create meaningful change in Fort Worth and beyond. From local service projects to global initiatives, the impact continues to grow year after year.

Here’s to the members—past and present—who have carried this mission forward with dedication and heart. And here’s to many more years of service, fellowship, and positive impact!

This past Saturday, members of the Fort Worth East Rotary and Rotary Club of Fort Worth South rolled up their sleeves for the Cowtown Clean Up at Gateway Park!

While we didn’t capture many photos (we were too busy picking up trash!), it was an incredible morning of service, teamwork, and community pride.

There’s something powerful about coming together with a shared purpose—making Fort Worth a cleaner, more beautiful place for everyone.

We had the privilege of hosting our annual 4-Way Test Speech Competition for this week’s program, featuring three outstanding students from Paschal High School. These young leaders impressed us with their confidence, thoughtfulness, and ability to apply strong ethical principles to real-world topics.

The 4-Way Test, created in 1932 by Rotarian Herbert J. Taylor during a time of business crisis, has since become a guiding framework for ethical decision-making around the world. It asks four simple yet powerful questions:
1. Is it the truth?
2. Is it fair to all concerned?
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Each participant demonstrated what it means to lead with integrity, and we are incredibly proud of the way they represented Paschal High School and their community.

Thank you to everyone who supported this event and helped encourage the next generation of ethical leaders. 👏

🌟 Community Grants Luncheon 🌟

We’re proud to celebrate a milestone moment for our club at our Community Grants Luncheon! This year, we awarded five community grants of $4,000 each—the largest total community grant contribution in our club’s history.

📚 Our 2026 grant focus is Youth Reading Literacy, supporting organizations that are helping young people build strong reading skills and brighter futures. Thank you to our community grant chair, Theresa Hocker and the committee (Pancho, Martha, Marsha, Bill, Carrie, and Sean) for making this happen!

We were honored to welcome representatives from our outstanding grant recipients:
- AB Christian Learning Center
- Hope Tutoring
- Key School
- Literacy United
- United Community Center

These organizations are making a powerful impact on youth literacy in our community, and we are grateful to partner with them in this important work.

🔔 Ringing with Purpose! 🔔

Members of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth South proudly volunteered their time to Ring the Bell in support of The Salvation Army of North Texas. ♥️

Through smiles, dedication, and plenty of holiday cheer, our Rotarians helped raise critical funds that directly support families and individuals in our community during their greatest times of need.
