President David S. and Lanese Dockery were named the recipients of the Paula and Ken Hemphill Denominational Service Award, recognizing the couple’s service in Southern Baptist life.

“We were both surprised and blessed by President Gene Fant and the North Greenville University community with the announcement that Lanese and I had been named as this year’s recipient of the Paula and Ken Hemphill Denominational Service Award,” President David S. Dockery said.

The presence at in Orlando, Fla., June 7-10, will include a variety of gifts for visitors to the exhibit and participants of the Alumni & Friends Luncheon.

The Southwestern exhibit will feature giveaways of five books, seasoning, t-shirts, and luncheon tickets. Members of the Southwestern faculty will autograph books in the Southwestern exhibit and participate in other events during the annual meeting.
