Court date rescheduled from 12/18 to TODAY 12/19 at 1:30, 236th Judicial Court in the Tom Vandergriff Civil Courts Building in downtown Fort Worth in the 236th District Court on the 5th floor. Parking is available in the Tarrant County Calhoun Street Parking Garage across the street.

We just learned from the Court today that the date and time of the summary judgment hearing has been moved. The judge did not explain why the hearing was moved, but know that the hearing being moved is not an indication of how the Court will rule. We expect that the hearing will be reset for tomorrow 12/19, pending confirmation that the City’s counsel is available. Once we have the new date and time for the hearing, we will make a post in this group.
