Can’t say it enough, how thankful I am for Mel Soehngen Ferguson. She reached out to me, without knowing me or my mission, and asked to help. Mel's List has been a great resource and amazing support for anyone just out here trying to make a difference. Please make sure you follow her page.
To all my friends and family that came out to my official first fundraiser event, I appreciate all of you more than you know. I do what I do, just because I can and I want to. Not for money, not for clout, etc. I take time out of my busy schedule to help those that need it because I know what it’s like to come from nothing. Coming from a single income household with 6 other siblings was very hard for my parents and I understand how hard it is.
On top of that, my mission is to get kids away from being stuck on their phones and get back out there and interact with each other. Let’s steer them away from negativity of social media and online platforms. I believe this is a huge problem that has affected our youth with increased online bullying, su***de rates, and the list goes on and on.
So again, thank you ALL who have supported us and continue to believe us and our mission. HUGE thank you to all of you that donated items for the silent auction 🫶🏽 God willing our shed/workspace will be up before it gets too cold, and with funds raised we will be able to purchase some brand new bikes to donate this holiday season.
