✨ IT’S STARTING TO LOOK LIKE HOME. 🏡

The transformation at Abie’s Haven is underway! Every wall, every room, and every update brings us one step closer to creating a safe, welcoming home for women and children escaping abuse.

There’s still work to do, but seeing the vision come together is incredibly emotional. 🤍

We are incredibly grateful to the Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne for providing these thoughtful items for Abie’s Haven through their Blessings Program.

The therapeutic games, sensory resources, and creative activities will help children who may arrive carrying fear, confusion, and emotions they do not yet have the words to express. Each item will offer opportunities for children to calm their bodies, process difficult emotions, rebuild confidence, experience joy, and begin healing in a safe and supportive environment.

Thank you, Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne, for seeing the needs of the children who will come through the doors of Abie’s Haven and helping us surround them with comfort, hope and compassionate care.

MYTH vs. FACT 💙

Healing doesn’t happen overnight—and being safe is only the beginning. Survivors deserve the time, space, community, and support they need to process what they’ve experienced.

At Jennifer’s Harbor, we believe healing isn’t linear. There may be hard days, hopeful days, and everything in between. What matters is that survivors don’t have to walk through it alone. 🫶

You are worthy of healing. You are worthy of support. You are not alone. 💙
