🖤💛 Swings4Theo x Sammie's Buddy Bench Project collaboration💛🖤

This week, we are recognizing Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and Swings4Theo and Sammie’s Buddy Bench Project are teaming up with Snider High School for a fun week of dress-up days, hat days, and more!

Our goal is to raise $1,650 for Swings4Theo! This amount will fund half of the gift cards Swings4Theo will provide next season. Thanks to Polywood, if we reach out goal we will install a Buddy Bench at the new Snider Football Stadium!! If we exceed our goal, we’ll keep working together to support both organizations!

A huge THANK YOU to the Snider staff, faculty, and students for embracing this collaboration and helping us make a difference! 🖤

More raffle prizes being added this week from MLW (Major League Wiffle Ball), FedEx, and several others!!

Wiffle Ball registrations come with five raffle tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each or 6 for $5 at the event. You do not need to play wiffle ball to purchase raffle tickets but must be present to win.

⚾VIRTUAL registration: Grab some friends and play in your own backyard, your local park, or anywhere you want! Share your pictures with us so we can include you in the highlight reels! T-shirt included, shipping optional!

⚾T-shirt only: We have had several requests to purchase additional t-shirts. If playing wiffle ball isn't for you but you want to be part of the fun, this option supports Swings4Theo and refreshes your wardrobe at the same time! Shipping optional!

It is the last Fort Wayne TinCaps game of the regular season and we have two amazing kiddos at the ballpark today!

Our final Swings Spotlight is on Emmerich. Emmerich was born with Klinefelters (47XXY). This results in the child having an extra s*x chromosome (aneuploidy). These boys can experience learning differences, seizures and other medical complications.

We hope all of the kiddos that attended games this season had an awesome time!

Tonight we have four kids going to the game! We are able to share the stories of Benson and Karter!

Benson has a brain stem spinal cord tumor that is low grade cancer. He started his chemotherapy in April of this year. He will really enjoy this baseball game. Thank you! 🙏❤️

Karter is 11 and he has Sickle cell disease.

We hope they all have a great time tonight!
