Fire & Light Academy

Fire & Light Academy Fire & Light is a theatre troupe that creates, engages, and inspires the greater Fort Wayne area. Welcome! We educate nearly 100 youth, ages 8-18.

Fire & Light Academy offers a nurturing, educational environment where kids can learn all aspects of theater arts, including set design, painting and construction, sound and light facilitation, music, stage movement, and direction and leadership skills. We are more than just a theater program; we consider ourselves a ministry. As our troupe portrays a story, we steal a glimpse at another person's

perspective and walk of life. Fire & Light Academy performs throughout the city. We perform classic plays for the community twice a year and offer a musical camp for kids ages 8-18 each summer. Theater is our form of worshiping the Father of Creativity. Find us on Instagram!

Foundations of Theatre introduces students to voice, movement, theatre vocabulary, etiquette, acting techniques and improv. Improv Hour helps students become braver performers, stronger communicators and more confident thinkers, all while creating stories and having fun together.

Fire & Light’s fall classes give young people a place to develop new skills, build confidence, make friends and discover where they shine.
