To help people experiencing homelessness we combine compassionate and innovative leadership with collaboration between the local business owners, government agencies, social service agencies, our community, and most importantly, the unsheltered or at-risk residents themselves. Street teams offer clothing, food, blankets, and human contact to the most vulnerable sector of the homeless population. H
omelessness is a complex issue that is too big for any single agency to address, so we value our strong partner network and are always looking for new partnerships. Common Ground Outreach isn't just about feeding and clothing people in need it's about sustainable tangible change. Doing the same things as last year will only give the same result as last year. Remarkable things will begin to happen once our community is brave enough to not only acknowledge homelessness but draw in closer.

All donations we cannot use for our friends we partner with other organizations who can re-purpose those items.
