It’s officially been one week since the Fourth Annual Cookie Fest and we are still buzzing from all of the fun!! Thank you to everyone who came out to support and if you didn’t get a chance this year, we’ll see you next year!! 🍪🩷

As we wrap up the week after the 4th Annual Cookie Festival , we want to show our gratitude.

First off I want to brag on my husband. He is behind me every step of the way. He supports all of my ideas - helps me think through new ones. Is the muscle for the heavy lifting and so much more.

Secondly our volunteers, without them the day would not run as smoothly as it does. When people tell me about how greatly organized the festival is just know that I have many many helpers in the background and I am so grateful for them! This year we had 18 volunteers which most of them worked the whole day.

And Lastly, our sponsors and donors. The festival takes time and money to bring to life but we have a great community and we are forever grateful. From donating their time, products (Cookies & Milk), to monetary donations. The festival truly could not happen without you!

The joy we get from being able to create such amazing cookies to be able to be part of an even more amazing story is why we do what we do!

Recently, we said goodbye to a really incredible teen.

Saying "yes" to a teenager in foster care can feel intimidating. There are often unknowns, unexpected challenges, and difficult conversations. The timelines aren't always clear, the unanswered questions can be hard, and walking alongside a youth through uncertainty takes patience, grace, and commitment.

This foster family chose to say "yes." They provided stability, encouragement, and a safe place until she was able to transition to live with a family member. While goodbyes are never easy, they celebrated this next chapter with love and joy.

A huge thank you to Heart to Heart Cookies Co. for helping make her goodbye party so special! Your generosity gave this youth a meaningful way to celebrate the relationships she built and the journey ahead.

Sometimes foster care isn't about forever—it's about faithfully showing up for the season a child needs you most. ❤️
