We believe trans voices belong in every room, at every table, shaping every decision. That's why we built this committee: to develop real leaders, expand real representation, and advance real governance — from the inside out.

This committee is built on four pillars:
✊ Leadership — hands-on governance experience within a real organization
🌈 Representation — centering trans people of color in every decision
🏛️ Governance — building policy literacy and organizational knowledge
🌸 Empowerment — growing your capacity to influence change
