Stronger communities create stronger families!

Partners gathered for the 100 Families Initiative of Sebastian County Alliance Meeting to share resources, strengthen connections, and discuss ways to better support local families.

A powerful panel discussion, “Know the Signs, Know the Support,” highlighted domestic violence awareness and the importance of connecting families with help when they need it.

At Arkansas Family Alliance, we believe we’re better together! Through collaboration, we can strengthen families and build stronger communities across Arkansas. We're grateful for our partners who are working towards the same things!

A New Partnership with Western Yell County School District!

At our Yell County Gathering, we had the opportunity to connect with the Western Yell County School District about the role schools can play in supporting children and families beyond the classroom.

We’re excited to share that the district will soon begin entering needs as a partnering agency with CarePortal in Yell County!

Schools are often on the front lines of recognizing when a family is struggling. By connecting educators with a network of churches and community partners ready to respond, we can help meet practical needs that might otherwise become barriers for children and their families.

We’re grateful to see this partnership taking shape and look forward to what we can accomplish together!

AMAZING CarePortal Highlight!!!

A NW AR adoptive family caring for a medically complex 2-year-old had their air conditioning go out. They’ve already made tremendous sacrifices, including one parent leaving their job to provide the care their child needs.

They are also preparing to welcome the child’s sibling; giving these children the opportunity to remain together and with someone they know and love.

Of $7,900 needed, donors were able to meet $3,000, allowing the family to finance the remaining. This is what happens when we come together...One need. Multiple donors. One family supported. Two siblings given the opportunity to stay together.

During our Golf Tournament Fundraiser, we had some amazing door prizes. Sending out a HUGE Thank You to our sponsors and donors!
