Being deaf or hard of hearing can be very isolating. While visiting the center today, Asma Anwar White was able to catch a life skills class for deaf seniors. The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center uses our grants for programs like these in the community.

This one is a big deal for us.

We’re so grateful to the Lee County Bar Association for awarding the first-ever grant specifically supporting our Young Adult Program. Their continued support means more than we can say.

Today, more than 50 young adults are part of this program — a space created by Stori, a former Valerie’s House participant who saw the need and helped bring it to life.

We’re incredibly thankful for community partners who believe in growing with our families and showing up for them at every stage of their grief journey.
