Changes to Florida's Cannabis Advertising Rules are in Effect! What do you need to know and how it impacts the industry - April 16 @ 7PM

Florida just implemented Emergency Rule 64ER25-6, a sweeping set of restrictions that dramatically narrows how Medical Ma*****na Treatment Centers (MMTCs) can advertise—what channels are allowed, what content is prohibited, how digital and social must be handled, and why many “normal” cannabis marketing tactics (including influencer-style content) are now high-risk. Effective December 31, 2025, with a practical compliance deadline of March 31, 2026, the rule creates a “only what’s expressly permitted” framework and removes any comfort from previously used creative. In this session, we’ll translate the rule into plain English, show common compliance pitfalls, and share a practical checklist for operators, agencies, and ancillary partners who want to keep growing while staying inside Florida’s new lines.

Florida just changed the rules on cannabis advertising… and the industry is still figuring out what it means.

On April 2 at 7PM EST, CLAB is hosting a live webinar:
“The Great Cannabis Marketing Reset” — breaking down Florida’s new advertising restrictions and how companies are adapting in real time.

This session will be hosted by Jon Robbins of Akerman, and we’re looking to add a small number of additional voices to the conversation.

Who we’re looking for:
