What happens on a women's healing retreat?

Retreat is not a vacation with feelings attached. It has a structure, and the structure is what makes it safe.

We just came home from our first international retreat in Reggello, in the hills outside Florence. Three days, led by Eileen Clair and Sheelagh O'Neill, who have facilitated Heal Your Life work together for over a decade.

Here is what the three days actually looked like, in case you have been curious and did not want to ask.

Meet Melissa Ferrer-Burke, Founder and Visionary-in-Chief of Ellevate Her. She is a trauma survivor, a Heal Your Life coach, a yoga facilitator, and an aromatherapist who trained in the Heal Your Life method through senior teacher Eileen Clair. Her work brings together lived experience and the philosophy of Louise Hay to create healing spaces for women who are ready to rebuild.
