Photos from the 107th Warrant Officer Birthday run. The birthday run was hosted by CW5 Bozza (Eagle Wrench) with special guest BG McIntosh (Eagle 8 ), Deputy Commanding General of the 101st ABN DIV. After the run, BG McIntosh imparted his tips for success to the Warrant Officers of Fort Campbell.
1. "Master your craft, but never stop evolving." The Army is changing-fast. You're already the expert, but stay curious. Stay ahead. The moment you stop learning is the moment you start falling behind.
2. "Respect is earned through consistency, not volume." You don't need to be loud to lead. Your reputation as a "Chief" comes from showing up, doing it right, and doing it right every time.
3. "Build your bench." Someone taught you—now teach someone else. Invest in your junior soldiers and junior warrant officers. Leave a legacy of competence, not just compliance.
4. "Keep one eye on the mission, and one on the log." Never let readiness slip. You know better than anyone-small details ignored today become big problems tomorrow.
5. "Speak truth to power, but do it with professionalism." When something's not right-say it. That's why we trust our Chiefs. Just make sure your tone matches your impact.
6. "Don't chase rank-chase relevance." Promotions come, but what matters most is that when your name is mentioned, people say, 'That Chief knows what the hell they're doing.
7. "Stay humble, stay lethal." Your humility is your strength, and your expertise is your weapon. That combination? Unstoppable.
