October fun:
Guess how many Candy Corn. Each student will have a chance to guess in the Library.
Monthly voting is favorite candy. It’s safe to say students love Sour Patch Kids.
Big thank you to Dr Walsh (the Art teacher) for making the voting banner.

Both tears of sadness and tears of joy filled the hallways of Irwin Intermediate School today. As our 5th graders prepare to move on to middle school, some students are moving away, teachers are beginning retirement, and many children are excitedly celebrating the start of summer break.

As another school year comes to a close, the Irwin PTO would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the parents, families, staff, and community members who supported us throughout the year. Whether you purchased school photos, shopped at the Scholastic Book Fair, bought Holiday Grams, attended the Month of the Military Child Dance, purchased school swag, volunteered at events, or simply cheered us on, every contribution helped make this year a success.

Many people may not realize just how much the PTO organizes and funds each year. Thanks to your support, the PTO was able to provide and support Picture Day, the Scholastic Book Fair, yearbooks, Holiday Grams, school dances, teacher appreciation events, student awards and ceremonies, the Mustang Store and raffles, Month of the Military Child activities, student clubs, the 5th Grade BBQ, Field Day, and so much more.

We would also like to thank the incredible teachers and staff who consistently volunteered their time and energy to help make these events possible. Your dedication to our students does not go unnoticed.

A special thank you goes out to our amazing community sponsors:
• Papa Johns Pizza for generously donating pizza for our teachers
• QDOBA for their 50/50 fundraising support benefiting our teachers
• USAS Water Management at Fort Bragg for providing water throughout the year
• Bubba's 33 for supporting our teachers and school events
• Suits and Chutes LLC for creating shirts for our school community

Your generosity, partnership, and support have made a lasting impact on our students and staff.

Thank you for an incredible school year. We wish all of our Mustang families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer. We can't wait to see what next year brings!
