Investing in Monroe County’s future 💙💛

Thank you to Elite Member Google for its commitment to our community! Google’s investment in Monroe County is set to bring $1.1 billion to local government over the next 23 years. That includes $632 million for Monroe County Schools.

County leaders expect these funds to help with things like road improvements and easing the property tax burden on residents. The Development Authority of Monroe County also plans to hold listening sessions so local taxpayers can share how they’d like these new funds used.

Thank you to the Development Authority of Monroe County for its hard work on behalf of our students and families. 💛
