FOD Select Fastpitch Tryouts Are Here!!

Are you looking for more than just a team? At FOD Select, we focus on developing athletes on and off the field through fundamentals, softball IQ, competition, mentorship, and faith.

We are excited to welcome players interested in joining our 10U, 12U, and 14U 2013 and 14u 2012 Showcase programs for the 2027 season.

Open workouts are available on the dates listed below and are a great opportunity to meet our coaches, tour the facility, and see what FOD Select is all about.

FOD Select 14U is headed to Ringgold for the Legendary Showcase.

Next weekend is another opportunity for our girls to compete, grow, and showcase the work they continue to put in. We are excited to take the field against strong competition and continue building confidence, softball IQ, and team chemistry.

There will be no FOD 14u practice Thursday or Sunday.

There will also be no 10u open practice on Thursday.

Congratulations to FOD SELECT’s Finley McPikin #11

Finley made a huge statement during tryouts by hitting two balls over the fence. Her hard work, strength at the plate, and dedication to the game continue to stand out every time she steps on the field.

We are proud to have her representing FOD SELECT and cannot wait to watch her continue to grow and compete this season. The future is bright for #11.

Congratulations to Sadie Robbins, Mandi Scarbary, Caylin Rawlins, and Ryleigh Walters on earning their spots for their Mary Persons school ball program this season. Your hard work, long practices, lessons learned, sacrifices, and dedication to this game continue to show.

We are proud of the athletes you are becoming on the field, but even more proud of the young women you are becoming off of it. Keep competing, keep growing, and keep representing with heart, grit, and humility.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our amazing FOD SELECT moms.

Thank you for every early morning, late night, long drive, packed cooler, washed uniform, encouraging word, and silent prayer behind the scenes. Thank you for the sacrifices you make so these girls can chase their dreams both on and off the field.

Your dedication, strength, and love do not go unnoticed. You are a huge part of what makes this organization feel like family. These athletes are blessed to have mothers who pour so much into them every single day.

Today we celebrate you and all that you do. We are thankful for each one of you.
