Back in October, we put together The Barren Run with the goal to create a legacy. Thanks to everyone's incredible support, that goal became reality with the Justin Owens Memorial Scholarship.

Please check out and follow Skilled Trades Empowerment Project for more details, and share this with anyone who may be interested in applying.

JRO Forever

STEP NJ, in partnership with The JRO Foundation, is honored to announce the Justin Owens Memorial Scholarship.

Two $10,000 scholarships will be awarded to New Jersey high school seniors planning to attend technical school and pursue careers in the skilled trades, including welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting.

This scholarship honors Justin Owens, a proud Boilermaker whose dedication, craftsmanship, and passion for the trades left a lasting impact.

Applications are open through March 31.
