Thank you!

What an amazing day! Thank you to every runner, walker, stroller-pusher, and dog who hit the trail today. To every sponsor who believed in this mission. To every volunteer who showed up early and stayed until the last high five. And to every family who shared their NICU journey and let us carry a piece of it with us.

The Harvest of Hope 5K wouldn’t be what it is without this community. Today was proof of what happens when people show up for each other, and we are endlessly grateful.

Here’s to the families we supported today, and to everyone who made it possible.

The Harvest of Hope 5K kicks off tomorrow, October 10th, at Hardwood Creek Regional Trail in Forest Lake. If you haven't registered yet, don't sweat it. You can register onsite the morning of.

So grab your shoes, bring the kids (12 and under are free), bring the dog, and come be part of something that makes a real difference for NICU families in our community.

The weather is lining up perfectly.

Race morning forecast for the Harvest of Hope 5K: Mostly sunny at 8am, warming up to a pleasant 79 by afternoon. Mother Nature is giving us great conditions for a 5K this Saturday.

A few quick tips for race morning: dress a little lighter than you think, consider sunscreen, bring water to stay hydrated, and don't forget your sunglasses.

Saturday, October 10th, 9am to 1pm at Hardwood Creek Regional Trail in Forest Lake. If you haven't registered yet, now's the time.

We're bringing a bounce house to the Harvest of Hope 5K. Fun for the whole family, so while the grown-ups walk or run, the little ones can burn off some energy jumping around!
