Join BOMA Baltimore for a day at the Yard as we head to Oriole Park at Camden Yards for an afternoon of baseball, great food, and even better company ⚾

We’ll be cheering on the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday, August 6th with a 12:35 PM game time. Members will be seated together in the Picnic Perch (Sections 272–288), one of the best group spots in the stadium.

Enjoy an all-inclusive experience featuring ballpark favorites like hot dogs, nachos, pulled pork, snacks, and ice cream, plus soda and water included throughout the game. With in-seat and buffet-style service available through the end of the 7th inning and access to the climate-controlled Left Field Club Level, it’s the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon.

BOMA Baltimore’s 53rd Annual Golf Outing is back ⛳ Join us Monday, June 1 at Turf Valley Resort for a full day on the course with fellow members.

Registration runs from 8:30–10:15 AM with time to warm up on the driving range, visit the TaylorMade mobile shop, and jump into the putting contest. Shotgun start begins at 10:30 AM. Your registration includes golf and cart fees, on-course beverages, boxed lunch, cocktail hour, awards dinner, mulligans, door prizes, and a $50 TaylorMade voucher.

The sold-out “Inside the Yard” event brought together members of BOMA Baltimore and IFMA Chesapeake for an unforgettable afternoon of networking, innovation, and behind-the-scenes access at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. From the moment attendees gathered at Gate A, the energy surrounding this exclusive experience was undeniable.

Guests were treated to a fascinating tour showcasing the exciting renovations and enhancements taking place throughout Camden Yards. Highlights included the impressive new high-definition centerfield videoboard, upgraded sound system, expanded ribbon boards, and newly designed social gathering spaces that blend modern amenities with the timeless charm of one of baseball’s most iconic stadiums. Attendees also enjoyed an inside look at the reimagined club level and premium home plate club, gaining insight into how these thoughtful upgrades continue to elevate the fan experience while preserving the historic character of the ballpark.

The event offered more than just a tour—it created meaningful opportunities for professionals from across the commercial real estate and facilities management industries to connect in a truly unique setting. Following the tour, attendees continued the evening with networking at Pratt Street Ale House, where conversations, collaboration, and new connections carried on in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

BOMA Baltimore’s Emerging Professionals Committee kicked off the year with a successful Cinco de Mayo-themed networking event and Harbor East property tour on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Fourth on Fleet, hosted by Harbor East Management Group, LLC.

The event welcomed commercial real estate professionals with seven years or less in the industry for an afternoon focused on networking, professional development, and relationship building. Attendees enjoyed an inside look at Harbor East through an engaging property walk and tour, followed by a festive lunch complete with trivia, networking, and meaningful conversations among peers in the industry.

The event provided an excellent opportunity for emerging professionals to connect with fellow industry members, share experiences, and continue building their professional networks within BOMA Baltimore. The energy and enthusiasm throughout the afternoon highlighted the growing engagement and excitement surrounding the Emerging Professionals Committee.
