🌧️ Rainy day, great conversation!

Thank you to everyone who joined BOMA Baltimore on September 22 at Harbor East Cinemas for Inside Baltimore CRE: A Leaders Panel.

A special thank you to our outstanding panelists, Tim O’Donald of Harbor East Management Group and Katherine Pinkard of MCB, for sharing their insights, expertise, and perspectives on the issues shaping Baltimore’s commercial real estate industry.

From AI and property management to energy costs, capital markets, development, and investment activity, the conversation was timely, engaging, and packed with valuable takeaways.

Join BOMA Baltimore’s Community Service Committee and fellow BOMA members on Monday, October 19, for the BOMA Baltimore Day of Service 2026 at St. Frances Academy.

From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, volunteers will come together to support one of Baltimore’s local schools through hands-on service projects that help create a welcoming and positive environment for students. Volunteer opportunities include painting, janitorial work, engineering, landscaping, and Team Creative projects like stenciling and decorating.

St. Frances Academy is dedicated to empowering urban youth to overcome obstacles, embrace opportunities, and realize, develop, and share their potential. This is a chance for our BOMA community to put that spirit of service into action.
