Friendly reminder.....services are CASH ONLY. We do not make the rules, the vet does. You get reminded this in your deposit invoice AND your reminder we text. We have had too many people come in and say no one has told us...then ask to pay later, which up until now we have tried to accommodate. Effectively immediately, you MUST HAVE CASH WHEN YOU CHECK IN. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have cash, you will need to take your pet with you to get cash and come back.

LRC Low Cost Spay and Neuter is a 501c3 NONPROFIT organization, and we have been covering out of our own pocket when someone "stiffs" us, which we should NOT have to do. We know who has been doing it, but they slip out the door before we can catch them and collect.

We apologize for the inconvenience folks, but we are just not able to allow this to continue.

Last call for DOG spots in ASHDOWN ONLY. There are NO more dog openings for the Texarkana clinic. ASHDOWN ONLY. We are finishing up with the cat lists for both clinics, so keep your phone handy if you've previously called!

Friendly note from our director....

If you happen to have been given the directors personal cell number to schedule by someone else, please do not have the rudeness to cuss at the director when she politely tries to give you the clinic number to schedule. She does ALL the calls and she will remember your name.

All right folks, its that time again! We are starting reservations for the June 16-18 Texarkana clinic at Animal Care and Adoption Center and the June 23-25 Ashdown clinic @ Oak Hill Fire Department. If you want a reservation, please call 870-621-4234. Please do not leave duplicate messages. Please give our volunteers grace. They work full time jobs and have families of their own and do clinic stuff out of the kindness of their hearts alone! Prices are listed below. Remember if you leave a voicemail, speak clearly and don't forget to leave your name AND phone number. Volunteers and donations are always greatly appreciated! We can accept donations via cash, check or cards.

Various vaccines and testing are available, but only with a spay/neuter due to time.

Happy Friday folks.

Just a quick reminder that will start reservations for our June 16-18 to Texarkana clinic and our June 23-25 Ashdown clinic in APRIL 30TH. Any calls or messages requesting a reservation prior to that date will not be made in fairness to everyone.

Also, as another reminder, the Texarkana clinic fills EXTREMELY fast, so it would be helpful to be open to using our Ashdown clinic if you'd like.

There has been a new policy implemented by the vets team that if we have too many cancelations, our next clinic will be canceled. Only yall can help with that. If you want the clinics here, you HAVE TO SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. We get that life happens, but some things CAN be avoided. Working with a feral animal? Start trying to trap early. Dog not used to being in the house or on a leash? Start working with them NOW.

Facebooks newest trick is it is changing past comments from old posts. Please note, there is one person that typically replies and makes our posts. That person is not changing anything. After consulting some other nonprofits, it seems that all of this may be stemming from our current raffle. Folks, we are trying hard at all we do. We keep trying because we LOVE what we do. We have proudly served THOUSANDS of animals and pet parents. But just like anything in this world, I takes money to do it. Have grace and help when ypu can. As far as Facebook, they seem to be doing their own thing with our page. We will keep working on our website to try and get it going, but even that is costly. If you happen to be a tech wizard and want to design us a free website, shoot us a message!
