Proud to partner with United Way Miami in Education, Economic Mobility, and Health and Wellbing. Centro Campesino provides educational, youth development, workforce, and supportive services to children, adults, and older adults in the southernmost part of Miami-Dade County. Through afterschool and summer programs, adult education, workforce development, and senior services, we support individuals and families in building skills, strengthening stability, and accessing opportunities that support healthier, more secure futures. This is what the United Way Miami’s Blueprint for Impact looks like in action: real partners, real programs, real change for families across Miami-Dade. United is the way we get there, together.

Today, Centro Campesino joins our community in honoring and remembering the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the strength and unity shown in the wake of September 11.
In recognition of this Day of Remembrance, Centro Campesino youth and AmeriCorps members came together to create a handmade piece of artwork as a heartfelt expression of gratitude and appreciation. They had the honor of presenting it to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Station 65 in Homestead, recognizing the courage, service, and dedication of our first responders.
It is an honor to share this moment of remembrance and service with our community. Through acts of gratitude, we help ensure that the spirit of unity and service continues for future generations.
