YEAR END GIVING ALERT - KING’S DAY PROJECT!!
With the support of so many, we have had a great impact on hundreds of children in the Dominican Republic! As we close out 2025 and ring in a new year, we have one more opportunity to bless boys and girls at risk of human trafficking.
Tuesday, January 6th is Kings Day and it is traditionally when children in Latin American cultures receive their Christmas gifts, if their families can afford to provide them.
At Transform1, we work in 8 Helping Hands sectors and on average, we have 200 children in each of these areas that we serve.
So many of these boys and girls will wake up on January 6th with nothing to open. Our desire is to provide a small $10 gift per child so that they know that they are not forgotten.
Our overall Kings Day Project goal is $16,000 which on the surface sounds like a huge amount in an 18 day window. Yet with God, we know anything is possible.
