WHAT. A. NIGHT! 🎊 A week later, and the FIESTA team is still celebrating a successful FIESTA at the Plate. ⚾ Fundraisers like this are critical to helping us fulfill our mission and maintain the services and support that the wider community has come to expect.

Gracias to every sponsor, every guest, every volunteer, and every in-kind supporter who contributed to the success of this year's event. We celebrate you and your commitment to the work FIESTA does to support and uplift the Hispanic community in Northern Kentucky. 👏🏼

Fiesta at the Plate, Saturday night.

A ballpark full of food, music, and families, all there for a good cause. Our crew and their families showed up in green to support it and spent the night doing what matters most — being together.

This company is built by the people who show up, on the job and off of it.

Proud to support this community and everyone who made the night happen. 💚

Access to care is critical when someone experiences a health issue, but sometimes race and ethnicity can create barriers to receiving treatment. FIESTA founder and CEO Theresa Cruz participated in an incredible panel last week that included candid conversation around that topic. She, along with her fellow panelists, provided unique perspectives and suggestions for advancing cultural awareness in the medical field. FIESTA is grateful to St. Elizabeth Healthcare for inviting us to be part of this important discussion!

To kick off Hispanic Heritage Month, FIESTA's very own Griselda Silva Castrellon was invited to deliver the game ball at Tuesday night's Cincinnati Reds game! ⚾ September 15 is also recognized as Roberto Clemente Day to honor the Puerto Rican Hall of Fame player's legendary career and extraordinary humanitarian legacy. Clemente was a 15-time All-Star, 12-time Gold Glove winner, and the first Latin American player to reach 3,000 hits!

(Unfortunately the Reds wouldn't let the FIESTA team get in some practice swings in preparation for FIESTA at the Plate. 😆)

We had all boys at our first Student Day of the school year yesterday! Students came from Turkey Foot Middle School Indians, Ryle Raiders Page,St. Henry District High School, and this week.

They helped repackage masa flour into 5 lb bags. These bags will go to our friends at Fiesta NKY for their monthly outreach!
