Target4 provides an array of services including HIV and hepatitis C testing, needs assessments, linkage to care, health education, harm reduction, health literacy and advocacy. We provide syringe exchange services, HIV, Hep C, Narcan & more! home office @ NKY health department in Florence, KY.

As our program funding comes to a close, we want to express our deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve our community. Working alongside such dedicated organizations has been an honor, and together we’ve been able to reach people in so many meaningful ways.

To the participants and community members we’ve had the privilege to serve — thank you. Your trust and willingness to grow with us have been the heart of this program. We are grateful for every story shared, every connection made, and every step forward taken together.

The Target 4 program will officially conclude on June 30th, and this page will be closing. Over the next three weeks, we will share resources as to where you can access HIV and hepatitis C health education and testing services and other resources.
