We are all dealing with social distancing in our own way. Don't mistake social distancing for social isolation. There are many ways to stay in touch with loved ones, family and friends. For some, anxiety is through the roof...depression and stress, for some may be increasing. It's important to seek help in order to manage and cope during these challenging times.
