Yesterday, Dottie caught a glimpse of her reflection in the post office window and wasn’t quite sure what to make of that puppy looking back at her! She hesitated at the entrance, but she worked up the courage to go inside.

Little moments like these help build confidence — one new experience at a time. Proud of you, Dottie!

First morning with Dottie, and she’s watching The Aristocats! 🐶🐱 She’s getting a crash course in all things feline now that she has two cat housemates. Clearly, we’re starting with the classics! 😂💕

Three puppies, three loving homes, and a whole lot of possibility! 🐾💛

From left to right: Lincoln with his foster and trainer, Karly; JP with her foster, Karen; and Dottie with her foster, Monica Piper.

Our fosters give these future Service Dog hopefuls love, guidance, and everyday experiences that help build a strong foundation for their training.

Thank you to Karly, Karen, and Monica for opening your homes and being part of their journey! 🇺🇸

Meet Dottie! 🐾💛 This sweet girl went home today with our Executive Director, Monica Piper, who is stepping into the foster role!

Dottie is settling in with cozy blankets, plenty of toys, and lots of love. Our fosters help our dogs build confidence, learn house manners, and experience everyday life as they grow.

Welcome home, Dottie — we can’t wait to watch you blossom! 🐶
