Don't miss this one of a kind event! May 10th 6:30 at Hollingsworth Gallery in the City Market Place on Cypress Point Parkway.
Local authors, Becky Pourchot and Tim Baker, join forces for a center ring event called the War of the Words!
Using a format that blends prize fighting with traditional open mic, Flagler Spirits owner, Jimmie Day, managing editor at the Palm Coast Observer, Brian McMillan and authors Becky Pourchot and Tim Baker will compete head to head for the evenings prize "The Golden Quill" sharing original stories and poetry, judged by the audience.
Tickets for the event are $5.00, available at Flagler Beach Gift Shop, 105 N. Hwy A1A in Flagler Beach( Next to Finn's), 439-0053, Christmas Come True office at 1399 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Call 386.569.4429 to reserve your seats. Desserts provided by Kokomo's Cafe in Flagler Beach and beverages will be available for purchase at the event. All to help the families in Flagler County.
