Last weekend at DNOW, Matt Proctor challenged us to think about what it really means to share our faith. 🙌
His challenge was simple:
đź“– Get in the Word.
🙏 Get on your knees.
🪑 Get out of your chair.
Sharing our faith starts with being connected to Jesus ourselves—and then being willing to step out and share Him with others.
We’re not called to keep the Gospel to ourselves. We’re called to GO! 🔥
Friday night we were reminded that the Bible is food for our souls. Just like we hunger for our favorite foods, we should hunger for God’s Word.
Reading the Bible isn’t just a have to—it’s a want to. ❤️
We were challenged to dive deeper into God’s Word, we just need to:
⏰ Pick a time.
📍 Pick a place.
đź“– Pick a plan.
Make time to meet with God. Get into His Word. Let it fill you, challenge you, and change you.
Saturday morning we were challenged with this powerful reminder:
Before you talk to people about God, talk to God about people.
We want our prayers to be deep, wide, and long—praying intentionally and consistently for the people God has placed around us.
Let’s take on the 5-5-5 Challenge:
👥 Choose 5 people
⏰ Pray at 5:00
🙏 For 5 minutes
Who are the five people you’re going to start praying for?
Let’s get on our knees and start talking to God about the people we want to see know Jesus. ❤️
You can’t spell Gospel without GO! 🔥
Stop waiting for the “perfect” moment and simply GO and share Jesus.
Go—even if you’re different from the people God puts in front of you.
Go—even if you don’t feel like you know enough about the Bible.
Go—even if you’re scared.
Because the only requirement for telling someone about Jesus is that you love Jesus. ❤️
There is someone out there who is waiting to hear about Jesus—and God may be asking you to be the one who tells them.
So what are you waiting for?
GET OUT OF YOUR CHAIR. GO. 🔥
