I’m sorry…
We have had 726 come in .. I’m debating not attending auction, it is way to hard to see all these faces who need help and sit there and let a killbuyer take them, it is also monsoon weather and they are drenched. The only funds we hv MIGHT save the black donkey?? Idk . I understand the economy is very messed up.. we all feel it. Trust me I know , at $8 a gallon and $31 a bag now for senior we are having to get very tricky at staying afloat. But please also understand how painful it would be to go there and sit and watch, neglect and abuse cases come thru and a baby zebra who’s breaking my heart.. he don’t need to be stuck in a corral as a “visitor attraction” at someone chicks rescue … and a scared to death black donkey I promised out, and broke that promise. Usually we bid and make up for it the couple days later. Because there is no time to get online during auction and say we’re out of funds and need more to keep bidding. Trust me my heart wants to keep going and that’s normally what we do ! But last time we didn’t end up covering the whole bill , and I’m still making payments on saving those lives- no regret at all ! They are alive and safe but I hv to be responsible this time and only do what we hv funds for . And as I cry writing this, I was also informed yesterday that due to those payment we are still making from last time, nothing I bid on can leave the Barn until it’s paid and I can’t put my ass on line again. People who abuse and neglect animals suck.. I hoppe karma bites your ass… auction starts in hour and half at 9:00 if you can help or sponsor any of these animals or give us hope please donate and let me know.
