Senior male mixed breed dog, possibly lab mix, mostly dark brown in color with white markings on his chest, in between his eyes, and his paws, wearing a red shock collar, no microchip, found in the area of Seashore Highway, Georgetown, DE 19947.

It's not 100% going to fix their anxiety, but it will dull the noise from outside, either from fireworks or thunderstorms. Also choosing an interior room with no windows (bath, laundry room, etc.) is best.
