Please make sure your cars are off the streets and in your driveway so the plows can plow safely.

Also, bring your pets inside! Doesn’t matter what breed they are, it’s too cold outside!

There have been numerous complaints about neighbors feeding deer, raccoons, and other animals. Some of these complaints are coming from residents that are witnessing people feeding and putting feeders in the common ground.

Please note that no animal feeding/feeders are not allowed in the common grounds at all.

Feeding them is not only a nuisance to other neighbors and their property, but it is a huge safety concern.

Please be a good neighbor and be respectful. Thank you.

PLEASE READ:

The HOA has received numerous complaints about trailers being parked in the streets. Some of these trailers are for home maintenance projects. Some of them are personal trailers that have been sitting out for weeks.

Please note if you have a company doing work on your home and they need to park their equipment or trailers, please have them park it where it is not obstructing any view or causing a safety hazard. This also applies to neighbors that have larger vehicles and park on curves in the street where you cannot see the oncoming traffic because the vehicles are blocking the view.

If you have a personal trailer, it needs to sit in your driveway, or only out in the street when being used to load or unload.

Please take corrective action immediately on these items, we appreciate your cooperation.
