Our Mission
To proclaim Jesus as Lord and Savior, teach the authoritative Word of God, and serve His Church in our nation and throughout the world. Who We Are
Mount Hermon is one of the most beautiful places on earth! Three of our camps are nestled among California’s towering redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains just 6 miles from the Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay, Mount Hermon offers an exciting, year-round program of Christ-centered camps, conferences and concerts for every member of the family. Come and visit us soon! Mount Hermon operates four self-contained camp and conference facilities: Ponderosa Lodge, Redwood Camp, Kidder Creek and the Conference Center. During the summer months, Ponderosa Lodge offers various camp programs focused for junior high and high school students. Redwood Camp, during the summer, offers a full schedule of camps for elementary school-aged kids. Kidder Creek is located in Northern California and is the base camp to our white water rafting and adventure camps, as well as our horse programs and classic camps as well. The Conference Center functions as a Christian family resort, providing a unique experience of family camping, with combined programs for every member of the family. Throughout the rest of the year, each of these four facilities operates a schedule equally divided between Mount Hermon-sponsored camps/conferences, and programs provided by guest groups consistent with our ministry, doctrinal statement and objectives. Last year, more than 50,000 people attended Mount Hermon.

More than a summer job: it is deep community, exciting adventure, building skills for your future, and a front-row seat to seeing lives transformed! 🌲✨

Meet MJ, our 2026 Youth Middle School Lead at Conference Center. For MJ, the heart behind working at camp is watching God move in the lives of her campers every single week.

Though she didn't grow up coming to Mount Hermon as a camper, serving on staff gave her lifelong friendships, room for God to work in her own heart, and a summer full of purpose.

Applications for Summer 2027 are opening soon across all 4 sites. College-aged adults, get ready for your best summer yet!
