Few things.

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support tonight and apologize for selling out so fast! Even while cooking, we were already planning improvements for the next Cheesesteak Dinner—more steak, better sourcing, and a few upgrades.

As the night went on, we reduced our expected sub count because the portion size listed on the case just wasn’t enough meat. We chose to add more rather than compromise quality—it didn’t feel right to cut corners just to sell more subs.

Huge thanks to our members who showed up and showed out. The teamwork and on-the-fly ex*****on were outstanding.

We can’t wait to do it again—see you at the next one!
