FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ResponderFest Bringing Unique Festival Style First Responder Wellness Experience to Greenville, South Carolina
Greenville, SC — The PIERCE Foundation is bringing a completely different kind of first responder event to the Upstate this fall with the launch of ResponderFest, taking place September 10–11, 2026 at the beautiful Golden Grove Farm & Brew in Piedmont, South Carolina.
Unlike traditional conferences held inside hotel ballrooms and convention centers, ResponderFest is designed to create a laid back, outdoor festival experience focused on connection, wellness, community, and real conversations among first responders.
Hosted on the scenic grounds of Golden Grove Farm & Brew, the two day event will combine mental wellness education, live entertainment, camping, social activities, food trucks, vendors, and holistic wellness experiences in a setting intentionally built to help first responders decompress and reconnect with one another.
ResponderFest is part of the growing movement created by The PIERCE Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting first responders through education, wellness initiatives, peer connection, and access to resources.
“The Upstate is hungry for something new. Something meaningful. Something that brings us together,” said Daniel Mouring, South Carolina Director for The PIERCE Foundation. “ResponderFest is about bringing everyone together to fellowship, break bread, and heal together. But more than anything, we want to bring hope. Hope that there is light for those living in darkness. For those afflicted by mediocrity. For everyone that needs to realize they are not alone.”
The event will feature:
- Mental wellness and resilience focused presentations
- Live music and entertainment
- On site camping opportunities
- A vendor village featuring businesses and community resources
- Holistic wellness experiences and activities
- Networking and relationship building opportunities
- Food trucks and local business involvement
- A special 9/11 remembrance presentation honoring those impacted by the attacks and the sacrifices made by first responders
The PIERCE Foundation has quickly gained national attention after hosting sold out and highly praised first responder wellness events across multiple states. Attendees from more than 17 states have participated in previous events hosted by the organization.
Registration for attendees, vendors, and sponsors is now open.
