Heart to Hart Mentoring is excited to host our annual Youth Back-to-School Community Event! This event is dedicated to supporting local students and families as they prepare for a successful school year.

We're inviting vendors, community organizations, and local businesses to join us in making a positive impact. Whether you'd like to become a vendor, sponsor the event, donate school supplies, or volunteer, we'd love to partner with you.

☀️💦 Pool day = SUCCESS! 😎
Our youth had an amazing time cooling off, laughing, and making memories together at the pool today! 🏊🏾‍♀️💙 Our time was cut a little short due to the thunder, but we still had a great time! We missed the few who couldn't make it and hope to see you at our next outing!
