Planning with purpose… and a little friendly competition mixed in 🎯

Today, the Board stepped out of the usual meeting space and into Topgolf for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and a bit of fun.

While we may have been working on our swings, we were also focused on something even more important—planning meaningful programs for our members in the months ahead.

The best ideas don’t always come from a conference room. Sometimes, they come from shared experiences and a chance to connect in a different way.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and can’t wait to bring it to our community.

Last Thursday, our members gathered for our March chapter meeting featuring a Legal Update with Attorney, Mark Cameron. Mark provided timely insights on current legal developments impacting HR professionals and organizations today. Staying informed on employment law is critical for HR leaders, and we appreciate Mark sharing his expertise with our chapter!

We also heard an exciting announcement from our President, Mandi Ragsdale, about our upcoming rebrand to SHRM Northwest Arkansas. It’s an exciting time for our chapter as we continue evolving to support and connect HR professionals across our region.
