💙 Cars, trucks and motorcycles are coming together for a special evening supporting autism awareness, inclusive play and local children and families!

🏎️ Got a custom car, lifted truck, classic ride or motorcycle you’re proud of? Car and motorcycle clubs are encouraged to come out and participate too! Registration is open now for those who want to show off their ride and compete for awards.

🎨💻 FREE After School Program For Autism & Neurodiverse Families In Fayetteville!

🌈 Follow the Spectrum is launching ATLAS, Art & Technology Leading Aspiring Superheroes, a hands-on after school program created for autism and neurodiverse families in the Cumberland County area.

🧩 Students will have opportunities to explore art, technology, creativity and new skills in an encouraging environment designed to help them learn, create and grow.

📚 ATLAS will meet twice per week with 1-hour sessions for one month.

💙 Participation is FREE for autism and neurodiverse families.

🏠 Stay tuned for our upcoming Open House, where families can learn more about ATLAS, meet the team, ask questions and see what the program will offer.

🙋‍♀️ We are also looking for volunteer instructors who want to use their skills and experience to support our youth. Resumes can be emailed to [email protected].

🌈 Follow The Spectrum is bringing families together for another year of support with our Autism & Neurodiverse Back To School event at Dick’s House of Sport in Fayetteville!

🎒 Families can stop by for FREE school supplies and backpacks while supplies last, helping students head into the new school year prepared and ready to go.

🌈 Autism Isn’t Something To Fix — It’s Something To Understand

💙 Imagine being misunderstood simply because you communicate differently, process sounds differently, need more time, or experience the world in a way others don’t.

♾️ For autistic people, acceptance can make a BIG difference. A little patience, understanding and kindness can turn an overwhelming moment into one where someone feels safe, respected and included.

🧠 Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental difference, and every autistic person experiences it differently. Some may need significant daily support, while others may live independently — and support needs can change depending on the situation.

❤️ Behind every diagnosis is a PERSON with feelings, strengths, challenges, interests, dreams and a desire to belong.

🫶 Teach your children acceptance. Encourage questions without judgment. Give people room to communicate differently. Be patient with behaviors you may not immediately understand.

🌎 The goal isn’t to make autistic people fit into our world. It’s to build a world with room for all of us.
