What’s the value of another workshop if nothing changes when the real challenge arrives?

We attend the conferences. Complete the training. Earn the certificates.

Why is vision important?

Because people are connected to what you’re called to build.

Habakkuk 2:2 tells us to make the vision plain. Ephesians 4:12 reminds us to equip people for the work.

That’s why leadership and professional development matter. People need more than a role in the vision. They need the clarity, skills, and support to carry their part well.
